Founded and led by Sharon Simmons-Wright, a veteran educator with over three decades of experience in early childhood education. We bridge pedagogy, creativity, and culturally responsive practice to support schools, educators, and students across Westchester County, New York City and beyond.

All facilitators are trained in Developmentally Appropriate Practices, Coaching Competencies, and Authentic Assessment Systems.
